spacious room clean room helpful staff central location
the room was spacious and clean. the bar downstairs was convenient and offered a variety of drinks. the staff were helpful, especially during check-in. i found the location quite central , with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
i did find the parking spaces slightly tight for larger vehicles.

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. They promptly addressed any queries or requests i had. check-in was efficient and cute , which i appreciated after a long journey. staff happily stored our luggage , which allowed us to explore freely.

totally awesome stay!
great breakfast pet-friendly attitude convenient location helpful staff
this place rocks! the location meant easy access to everything i needed the room was always super clean and the staff were so helpful with my luggage i really appreciated the pet-friendly attitude and the green space right outside was perfect for my furry friend. the breakfast was super delicious and the variety blew me away. i was so impressed
the lifts needed a tiny fix but it didn't spoil my stay at all

oxford street is a short walk from the accommodation it took me only about four minutes to get there the convenience really added to my experience. the area around the hotel secure hotel and accessible at all hours

helpful staff convenient laundry high noise dated fixtures
The staff were very helpful, and the laundry room was very convenient.
I was disappointed with the noise level. I could hear a loud party down the hall. The fixtures in the bathroom also seemed dated.
